Other fees


Candidates may submit the following request forms:
  • Cancellation
  • Confirmation of results
  • Exchange of exam certificates
  • Postponement
  • Reconsideration
  • Test retake
  • Review of exam tasks
Candidates may submit requests by filling in the appropriate forms and paying the special administration fees.

The form required for the request can be
  • filled in online on the website of the Exam Centre
  • downloaded in a printable form from the website of the Exam Centre
  • obtained in person at the customer service desk of the Exam Centre.
Printed forms are to be submitted in person at the custom service desk of the Exam Centre. Only correctly and legibly filled in forms are accepted by the Exam Centre. Forms filled in on the Internet can be downloaded, received by e-mail or printed.

Candidates may pay the special administration fees
  • by bank transfer
  • by cash-transfer cheques obtainable at the customer service desk of the Exam Centre.
Students of the University of Debrecen are allowed to pay the special administration fee by means of the student collective account on the ETR system. The original receipt of the paying cheque or the bank transfer receipt are accepted as confirmation of payment, which must be forwarded to the Exam Centre by the date determined by the exam rules.

The flat rate of the special administration fee for submitting the following requests is 3,000 HUF:
  • Cancellation
  • Confirmation of results
  • Exchange of exam certificates
  • Postponement
  • Reconsideration
  • Review of exam tasks
Retake of exam component
Candidates may acquire Complex Exam certificates by successfully retaking the unsuccessful components as long as they have achieved 60 % or more in two exam component at least. The exam fee for retaking a failed component is 30 % of the given Complex (C) Exam.
